Served Muhlenberg County Sheriff’s Department for 10 years in various positions including: Special Deputy, Chaplain, and Drug Prevention Coordinator

Was involved in numerous drug related arrests

Attended Western Kentucky Narcotics Interdiction Training, sponsored by Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force, Kentucky Office of Drug Control Policy and United States Attorney’s Office - Western District of Kentucky

Have given numerous drug training presentations: Most of these have been presented with screen and digital projector

Drug Intervention Work

Worked closely with Eddie Guffy to establish Celebrate Recovery Program (Substance Abuse Program) in Powderly. The program has grown with attendance upward of 200 on special occasions.

Offers support and counsel for parents of struggling addicts.
